Art Class
Our art program is a creative sanctuary where imagination leads the way. Participants work with paint, collage, clay, and mixed media β developing fine motor skills, focus, and self-confidence along the way.
Every piece created is celebrated, because we believe in the power of artistic expression to communicate what words sometimes cannot.
Music Class
Music is a universal language, and our class harnesses that power. Participants enjoy singing, rhythm exercises, and introductory instrument exploration in a fun, structured environment.
Music class builds confidence, coordination, and social connection β and it brings out smiles every single week.
Taekwondo
Our adaptive taekwondo program is structured specifically for individuals with I/DD. Participants build physical coordination, balance, discipline, and β most importantly β a sense of personal accomplishment.
With patient instructors and an encouraging group environment, every participant progresses at their own pace and celebrates real milestones.
Adult Program
Our adult-focused programming addresses the unique needs of grown members of the I/DD community. Sessions cover life skills, social engagement, job readiness exercises, and recreational activities tailored for adults.
We believe adult members deserve rich programming, not just childcare β and our program reflects that commitment.
